Solar Energy Structures
Durable Concrete Foundation for Solar Energy Systems
The mounting structure system is built from Al Rakeen’s own columns—vertical posts and inclined struts—leaving steel exclusively for purlins and connectors. The result is a structure that resists the moisture and salts of open environments, driven directly into the soil without poured concrete foundations.
Key Features
Concrete bears the structural load, while steel is used solely for purlins and connections.
Lower cost than foundations and steel uprights at equivalent performance.
No painting or periodic corrosion protection required unlike galvanized uprights.
C-purlins sized 100 × 40 × 20 × 5 mm for secure panel mounting.
Row spacing and tilt angles are engineered according to the panel system and site conditions.
Suits both standalone projects and extensive rows spanning vast areas.
Direct installation: columns are driven approximately 90 cm into the soil without poured foundations.
